A fast-growing multinational Fintech company is on the lookout for a
**Transformation Executive** to be part of their innovative team. In this role, you'll be providing operational and administrative support to the execution of organizational transformation initiatives, with a focus on improving, changing, or innovating current processes in the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists with the development and implementation of transformation strategies, such as gathering info, generating and consolidating charts and reports, and keeping track of management processes.
- Manages incidents by following incident management procedures, including identifying the root cause, implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents, and documenting incident resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and high adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
