We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the automation and digitalization of our business processes. This role will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing new technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process automation, data-driven decision making, and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Digital Strategy & Implementation

a. Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives

b. Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies in trading, supply chain, finance, and customer service

c. Lead the integration of ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms to streamline operations

d. Oversee the implementation of cloud-based solutions and data analytics tools

e. Drive the adoption of process automation tools such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI solutions

  1. Business Process Optimization

a. Conduct business process assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

b. Work with department heads to digitize manual processes and enhance productivity

c. Monitor and measure the impact of technology-driven process changes

  1. Change Management & Adoption

a. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies

b. Develop training programs and workshops to upskill employees in digital tools

c. Act as a bridge between IT, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure cross-functional alignment

  1. Project & Vendor Management

a. Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers

b. Oversee the budgeting and cost analysis of digital initiatives

c. Implement and track KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


• Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and technology implementation


• Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, and e-commerce platforms


• Experience with data analytics, AI, and automation tools


• Understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity best practices


• Familiarity with API integrations and digital trading platforms


• Proficient in English and Chinese to support our overseas sales offices

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to manage change and drive digital adoption within an organization


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills


• Experience in project management (Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies)
