About the Role

We're looking for a motivated intern to join our digital team and gain hands-on experience in automation, AI, and process transformation within the Global Business Services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about how organizations are redesigning their processes for the AI era while building practical skills in modern automation tools. 

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

Work closely with our team to develop technical training modules focused on automation and AI applications in business processes. This includes creating training materials and documentation, and designing practical exercises that help participants understand real-world implementation. During training sessions, you'll provide on-site or virtual support to participants, troubleshoot technical issues, and gather feedback to continuously improve our training offerings.

Automation Projects & Process Design

Contribute to client automation initiatives by helping to document current state processes, identify automation opportunities, and create process design documents that clearly articulate how workflows should be transformed. This involves collaborating with our consultants to map out process flows, documenting technical requirements, and supporting the implementation of automation solutions using Power Automate and other tools.

Analysis & Reporting

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that help our team and clients visualize process performance, automation ROI, and other key metrics. This includes gathering data from various sources, creating meaningful visualizations, and presenting insights that drive decision-making. 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Power BI (building basic dashboards) and Power Automate (creating simple flows); prior coursework or small projects are sufficient.

  • Strong process documentation skills, including the ability to map workflows and write clear training or technical materials.

  • Good communication skills, especially in explaining technical steps to non-technical users during training or support sessions.

  • Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, CSVs) and able to perform basic analysis to support dashboard development and automation assessments.

  • Interest in automation, AI tools, and process improvement, especially within Shared Services / GBS environments.

  • Proactive, willing to learn on the job, and able to support both virtual and on-site training or client sessions when required.
