**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead **tendering, pitching, and proposal development** to secure new contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to **upsell/cross-sell services** across the DS Group ecosystem.
- Work closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure **projects are delivered on time and to scope**.
- Represent DSA as the **commercial face of the agency** at networking events, meetings, and presentations.
- Report directly to the CEO

**What Success Looks Like**:

- Winning new tenders and growing agency revenue.
- Strong client retention and satisfaction.
- Clear communication between clients and the DSA team.
- Repeat business and referrals generated from happy clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **account management, business development, or commercial roles** (agency background a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset '” you treat the agency like your own business.
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, growing environment**.
