Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri), 8am - 12pm (Sat)

Working Location : Taman Pegoh Aman, Ipoh

Salary : RM 3000 - RM 3500

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of sewer lines, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations at the worksite.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for on-site workers.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to meet quality standards.
- Address and rectify any defects or inconsistencies in work.
- Lead and supervise on-site construction workers, contractors, and equipment operators.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate daily progress reports, site logs, and inventory records.
- Report project updates and any challenges to the project manager or engineer.
- Ensure availability and proper use of equipment, tools, and materials.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of supplies and manage inventory.
- Ensure that all work complies with local environmental and sewerage regulations, as well as the standards set by regulatory authorities (e.g., SPAN or local councils).
- Resolve any on-site issues, including technical, labor, or material-related challenges, in a timely manner.

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong knowledge of sewer line installation techniques and regulations in Malaysia.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge using construction survey tools (Theodolite, level etc.)
- Ability to work in confined spaces and manage heavy machinery operations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Certificates in site safety management (e.g., CIDB Green Card, NIOSH certifications) are an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sewer line construction or similar infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in supervising construction teams.
- Familiarity with SPAN and JKR standards is preferred.
