**Responsibilities**:
**Coffee Drink Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to Asylum Coffee’s specific recipes and techniques.
- Maintain consistency and excellence in coffee quality.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care and precision.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

**Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote coffee subscriptions, special offers, and new products.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities to increase sales of coffee beans and other products.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Support new staff with training and guidance.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Specialty Coffee,
