- Oversee inventory, reduce wastage, and coordinate with suppliers for the best products.
- Train and guide the team on product handling, cutting techniques, and customer service.
- Create attractive product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Job requirement(s):

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fresh food operations; diploma/degree in Food Science, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
- Experience handling **meats, fresh seafood, and sushi** in a retail or food hall setting.
- **Advantage**: Skills in butchery, cutting fresh salmon, and sushi preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper storage practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work accordingly to retail hours (shift work), including weekends & public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
