Job description

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

**1. Carry out minor plant maintenance, such as door repairing, painting, silicone, and, cement flooring maintenance.**

**2. Repairing work of water piping at all building.**

**3. **Maintain and ensure operation of wastewater treatment plant at optimum condition according to SOP, maintain the cleanliness of the treatment plant.**

**4.** **Maintain and ensure collection of scheduled waste and non-scheduled waste accordingly, maintenance the cleanliness of the storage room.**

**5. More and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary.**

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED: -**

**1. Have knowledge in building system.**

**2. Able to work independently and carry out routine job.**

**3. Able to provide ideal to solve problem.**

**4. Good in attendances.**

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
