**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform minor fabrication and structural modification works on building structures, fixtures, and facility components.
- Execute welding tasks for the repair, reinforcement, and installation of structural elements.
- Install, repair, and reroute water piping systems across office, utility and production areas.
- Carry out general building maintenance, including wall and floor repairs, painting, silicone sealing, roofing work, and minor civil tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty valves or fixtures.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED**:

- Experienced in plumbing and water piping installation, maintenance, and emergency repair.
- Familiar with facility maintenance tasks relevant to manufacturing buildings, including roofing, flooring and sealing.
- Able to read basic technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
