**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate converting equipment following established procedures.
- Read and interpret customer specifications, mount plates and dies, and align auxiliary equipment.
- Clean and properly store dies after use.
- Inspect finished products for defects and conduct specification checks.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Complete production and labor reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing 5S tasks.
- Present information on medical packaging or the converting process.
- Participate in 5S and safety audits, implement corrective actions, and inspect products for quality.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the printing/packaging manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting and setup.
