**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media content development with execution
- Experience in managing accounts on different social media platforms such as Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, TikTok etc.
- Copywriting experience is a must
- Intermediate experience with digital media production, social media marketing, and digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Suite Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and others
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media optimization (SMO)

**Job Responsibility**
- Create digital content and plan the development and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Propose campaign budget, strategically allocate resources, and monitor digital marketing campaign spend
- Work closely with the respective departments to ensure our promotional content aligns with our brand identity and company values.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports and presentations on the success of our digital strategies and campaigns for executive leadership.
- Manage and ensure the quality of content on our company’s social media accounts
- Create content calendar in line with marketing and branding requirements of each brand
- Communicate with relevant departments and parties to ensure the use of the right tone and messaging
- Develop, implement, and adapt marketing strategies
- Create frameworks for communication with target audiences
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize expenditures
- Follow advertising news and implement new trends
- Analyze campaign metrics and adapt accordingly

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
