As an Accounts Executive accurately maintained our financial records, account transactions and compiled financial information. You will help with the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and accounting statements that will deliver financial results and support decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and provide accurate and timely reports and analyses of financial position and performance to management and to prepare a full set of accounts which includes billing, preparing bank reconciliation, general ledger posting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all works related to the closing of accounts of company and some of the subsidiary companies.
- Maintain an accurate and reliable set of financial accounting records, processes and other supporting records. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly management accounts and schedules as per stipulated deadlines.
- Prepare company monthly forecast and budgets report as well as cash flow forecast for the company.
- Assist in preparing annual budget, management report, quarterly report, statutory accounts and annual report.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis and finalization of accounts.
- Monitor bank transactions and ensure all transaction are accurately posted.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation, investigate, and follow up to reduce discrepancies.
- Process and review employee reimbursements ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policies and procedures with timeliness
- Responsible for accounts transaction and ensuring proper filing.
- Perform monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Ensure neat and organized filling of all finance / legal related documentation.
- To ensure all task in scheduled date & complete month end transactions at last working day of the month.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and prepare accounting reports as directed by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting/ min LCCI / Business Administration related field
- Required Skill (s)**:SAP Accounting Software**:

- Able to work under tight deadline or pressure
- Able to work under mínimal supervision
- Analytical mind with strong math skills
- Possess good written and communication skills
- Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills.
