**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.

**Key Duties**:

- Oversee and review the AP and AR departments to ensure accurate and complete account management.
- Finalize and maintain the General Ledger with accuracy and punctuality.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance and integrity of all accounts.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure statutory requirements and deadlines are met.
- Prepare financial reports for management in a timely manner.
- Ensure all financial tasks are completed in line with company timelines and statutory deadlines.
- Prepare general entries, maintain monthly GL, cash flow statements, and budgeting.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and analyzing monthly financial results.
- Perform daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, and statements of accounts.
- Maintain records and documents to support accounting entries, ensuring proper filing.
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts for the preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.
- Ensure all debtor and creditor obligations are enforced in accordance with agreed credit terms.
- Prepare tax and statutory reports to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all payable and receivable invoices and transactions are captured accurately and timely.
- Manage invoicing documentation, statements of accounts, and receipts, maintaining proper filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal parties on accounting-related matters, including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and government authorities.
- Handle accounts-related inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting functions.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- Knowledge of Autocount is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting standards, internal control policies, and procedures.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Basic salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
- Statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and staff benefits.
- Medical benefit

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Location**:

- SriTernak, Selayang
