**Handle Backend customer service**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a problem solver, entrusted with handling customer’s enquiries and feedback to achieve win-win situation.
- Coordinate by managing schedules, updating status and communicating relevant information
- To generate weekly / monthly customer report.
- Interface with customers in regards to recurring orders and delivery requirements
- Timely update customer / 3rd parties request and status
- Handle discrepancy issue and reporting
- Monitor the progress of customers order / PO / Quotation / Contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years in customer back-end support experience
- Aggressive, self motivated, possess initiative and able to work under pressure
- Preferably Executive with related working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
