**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Solution Deployment & Implementation**
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and integration of Synapse® Enterprise Imaging systems at client sites.
- Support project engineers with technical and workflow-related aspects of system deployment.

**2. Clinical Training & User Support**
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for clinical staff to ensure effective system usage.
- Develop and maintain training materials, adapting to the needs of radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.

**3. Client Consultation & Workflow Analysis**
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand clinical workflows and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support customization of solutions to meet specific client needs in coordination with engineering and development teams.

**4. Post-Implementation Support & Customer Success**
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to monitor satisfaction and address emerging needs.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement and product enhancement.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**
- Document all training sessions, user interactions, and support cases.
- Provide regular reports to management on client progress, issues, and training outcomes.

**6. Industry & Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on healthcare informatics, DICOM, HL7 standards, and enterprise imaging technologies.
- Participate in ongoing product training to strengthen expertise in Synapse® Enterprise Imaging.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a clinically related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with enterprise imaging, PACS/RIS, or other clinical systems in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards and healthcare workflows.
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse® Enterprise Imaging (or similar systems) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train diverse healthcare users.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive “can do” attitude.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel (must possess own car).

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
