Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or any relevant studies.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG Warehouse operation

We are looking for a **3rd Party Warehouse Executive **to lead and responsible 3PL Warehouse operations for Finished Goods in the market. Ensure warehouse storage, inbound, outbound operate within targeted outcome including Safety and Quality. Collaborate with other Supply Chain Function to achieve high service level with optimum cost. Proposes and implements improvement projects pertaining to inventory accuracy, layout/racking, inventory freshness, warehouse safety/security, 5S and total warehouse operation cost optimization.

**A day in the life of...**

**1. Lead and guide 3PL Logistic providers**
- Sufficient storage space in dedicated or shared warehouse, with good racking system and 5S in place.
- Correctly setting and monitoring achievement of the target values for service and cost KPIs
- Structured approach towards continuous improvement (i.e Logistics Call to Arms projects)
- Monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE regulations and Best Practices
- Solving adequately any occurring logistics issues
- Ensuring proper management of CHEP pallets with 3PL providers
- Ensuring that legal obligations and Company Policy are met or exceeded
- Adopting continuous excellence mindset and Best practices of warehouse and transport management

**2. Proactively monitor the BU performance and take the necessary actions when issues are detected. Coordinate activities with DSP planner, IMS, T&P, QA and 3rd party service providers to effectively execute all related activities.**

**3. Adapting to changes in the logistics and/or market environment and dealing with unexpected Supply Chain disruptions by ensuring an adequate level of flexibility of structures and processes to meet ad-hoc customer requirements (i.e pandemic, change of business or manufacturing landscapes)**

**4. Ensure cross functional alignment and commitment including key stakeholders Nestle through**
- Pro-active communication, transparency and collaboration with customers, within Supply Chain, with Technical & Production, Generating Demand and Finance.
- To achieve this also by being in communication on decisions/ updates regarding over stock, product shortage, bad goods, ensuring Freshness, portfolio optimization and anticipation of customer behavior.
- Lead and participate in improvements or optimization projects driven by Supply Chain.

**What Will Make You Successful,**
- Degree holder, preferred in Supply Chain or Logistic related
- 2 - 3 years working experience in FMCG Warehouse operation
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
- Result focus and able to work cross functional teams
- Able to travel to 3PL DC and Distributors DCs
- Disciplined approach to work with limited supervision
- Strong Customer/Consumer Centric mindset and willing to go the extra mile
- Self-Starter with ability to engage and work with remote teams
