**Requirements**

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Team Lead to manage our team of 6 content specialists and drive engagement with job seekers across Malaysia. You'll balance hands-on content creation with team management while ensuring our social media strategy consistently connects job seekers with opportunities on our platform. This role reports directly to the HOD.
- **4-6 years** experience in social media marketing or content management.
- **2-3 years** experience leading or supervising teams (3+ people).
- Proven track record managing multiple social media accounts with consistent results.
- Experience in B2C industries, preferably data driven service sectors.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and basic analytics.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and team members.
- Problem-solving mindset with hands-on approach when needed.
- Data-aware approach to content optimization (doesn't need to be expert-level).
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

**Responsibility**
- Lead and coordinate a team of 6 social media content creators.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions on content best practices and platform updates.
- Manage team schedules, task assignments, and ensure consistent output quality.
- Step in with hands-on content creation when team members are absent or during peak periods.
- Oversee daily content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Ensure all content serves job seekers with relevant career tips, job market insights, and platform opportunities.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement metrics.
- Provide weekly reports to HOD on social media performance and team productivity.
- Attend stakeholder meetings and present social media insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align social content with business objectives.
