Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Aglow Medical Group Sdn. Bhd. Full time

This position is based in Aglow Medic Hair Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company under Aglow Medical Group Sdn Bhd.

**Daily operations including Sales & Reporting**
- To monitor clinic day-to-day operations;
- To cover subordinate’s jobs should one be absent;
- To manage inquiries from online and offline platforms
- To handle sales, products, and service inquiries;
- To remind appointments/follow-ups and assist clients
- To manage client appointments via the provided system
- To supervise the clinic’s consultant/nurse;
- To submit sales report daily;
- To ensure all reports are up-to-date daily;
- To check stocks for all PO/DO and make sure the clinic has sufficient stocks to run the business;
**Customer Centric Focus**
- To closely follow up with clients and collaborate with doctors on action plans to achieve desired results.
- To ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience;
**Business Growth**
- To perform personal sales;
- To achieve sales targets with the team;
- To verify the team’s commission;
- To manage and supervise the team on the sales pipeline;
- To handle cash collection and payment to the company;
**Clinical**
- To ensure all utility supplies and medical devices work well;
- To assist the Doctor in management and training
- To assist in ad-hoc clinic activities

**Job requirement**:

- Proven experience in sales management.
- Service-oriented and well-groomed.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
