We are seeking for a Quality Control Inspector at Nilai Apparel Gift & Souvenir, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the final product quality before delivering the products to customers. Below are the detailed job scopes and responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Pre-Production Checks - Match Jobsheet Informations**
- Confirm fabric specifications (color, type, stretch, GSM) match order requirements.
- Ensure sublimation designs/artworks are correctly prepared and aligned.

2. **Printing Process Monitoring**
- Ensure prints are sharp, vibrant, and match color proofs or customer-approved samples.
- No issues on colours printing on final products.

3. **Heat Press & Transfer Quality**
- Inspect heat press parameters (temperature, time, pressure).
- Ensure proper transfer of print onto fabric — no ghosting, blurring, or misalignment.
- Check for fabric shrinkage or color distortion after transfer.

4. **Cutting & Sewing Inspection**
- Inspect fabric panels after cutting for print alignment and defect-free edges.
- Ensure all panels are accurately cut according to size charts.
- Post-sewing checks: seams strength, stitching consistency, thread color, and placement.

5. **Final Product Inspection**
- Conduct size measurement checks according to size specs.
- Check for stains, misprints, loose threads, or other visual defects.
- Confirm correct labels, tags, and packaging are used.
- Confirm accurate quantity based on jobsheet.

6. **Documentation & Reporting**
- Record inspection results and defect rates in QC reports.
- Report any recurring issues to production or design team for corrective action.
- Maintain sample references and records of approved quality standards.

7. **Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.
- Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and materials.
- Confirm fabric specifications (color, type, stretch, GSM) match order requirements.
- Ensure sublimation designs/artworks are correctly prepared and aligned.

8. **Teamwork**
- Collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives is essential for success in this role.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
