Position: Inspector

Main Duty:Responsible for inspecting raw materials and production processes, and ensuring the production quality of each joint in the process flow

Job description

Responsibility 1: Quality inspection

Work tasks:

a.      Control the quality of purchased materials and products in the workshop production process according to quality control documents;

b.     Responsible for conducting quality inspections on workshop operators;

c.      Strictly follow the inspection standards for product inspection ;

d.     Conduct ledger statistics on non-conforming products during the production process;

e.      Report batch quality issues to superiors in a timely manner;

f Participate in, maintain, and supervise the operation of the quality system;

g.     Responsible for reviewing and proposing handling suggestions for non-conforming or abnormal quality found during inspection, submitting non-conforming quality situations that are not within the scope of their duties to higher-level review, and tracking and inspecting them.

Responsibility 2: Sample Inspection

Work tasks:

a.      Responsible for quality inspection of new product samples;

b.     Responsible for inspecting samples and issuing inspection reports.

Responsibility 3: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the instruments,

equipment, and facilities used.

Work tasks:

a.      Correctly, standardly, and safely use various instruments and equipment facilities;

b.     Proper maintenance of the equipment used, keeping all instruments and equipment facilities clean and in good condition;

c.      Timely report and label damaged or abnormal instruments and equipment facilities.

Job Requirements:‌

  1. ‌Education:‌ Diploma or above
  2. ‌Language Skills:‌ Mandarin, English, and Malay
  3. ‌Age & Gender:‌ 20 years old or above; gender neutral

  4. ‌Work Competency:‌

  5. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in a manufacturing company.

  6. Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
  7. Strong organizational, communication, writing skills, and execution ability.
  8. Honest, trustworthy, and willing to follow company arrangements.
  9. ‌Salary:‌ RM2,500–RM3,500/month
  10. ‌Working Hours:‌ Monday to Friday, 8:0 AM–18:00 PM (12:00 PM–12:30 PM: Lunch break)
  11. ‌Compensation Structure:‌ Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by the local government,
  12. ‌Salary Payment:‌ Paid by the 7th of each month for the previous month's salary.
