**Responsibilities**:
1) Provide helpdesk support and resolve problem to end user.

2) Responsible for Desktop, Laptop and Printer Infrastructure, Networking and other IT Systems issue.

3) Resolve all incidents, problems and changes in line with service level expectations ensuring all end-users and stake-holders affected are kept up-to-date on status where necessary.

4) Maintain records/log of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

5) Carry out inventory and asset management of IT equipment as well as IT lifecycle.

6) Ensure site backups are completed, reviewed, documented and tested in line with best practice and Business Continuity Planning techniques and initiative.

7) Interact with suppliers, request quotes and purchase equipment in accordance with policies, budgets and operational demand.

8) Assist with any other assignments as and when required.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
