**Overarching purpose**: Partnering the Business, to provide financial insight for the management, to ultimately ensure financial data is available any time anywhere, in order to drive sound decision-making.

**Key tasks**:

- Develop good understanding of sales business model and end-to-end financial processes and implications.
- Support creation of monthly management pack including financial analysis and forecast.
- Participate in market sensitivity analysis to develop Finance view of the Market conditions.
- Working with the accounting / finance operation team, support financial reporting including month end, budgeting and other ad hoc reportings.
- Budget control - to thoroughly control Sales cost/Opex/Capex with a view to maximise value for money of Operations.
- Actively engage in new business model discussions and provide relevant financial support.
- Participate / lead digitalization and automation of the Business and refinement of it, especially on financial system related matters.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-5 years minimum experience in a financial management / controlling / Business Partner role in a commercial sales & marketing environment. Experience in automotive or FMCG is desired but not 100% required.
- Good understanding of distributor sales business model, some exposure in B2C also desired but not essential.
- Solid accounting knowledge, some working knowledge of import/custom duty related matters
- Demonstrable capabilities in translating operational matters into financial simulations and vise versa.
- Experience in setting up new process / new system is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with non-finance people and build business relationship to success.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
