**Job Description**:
As a Manager in the VVN (Vialto Value Network), you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Proactively lead in the management and delivery of internal and external projects within the timeline
- Monitor workload of the team and proactively discuss to ensure utilisation of the team is met
- Workflow Management for Japan compliance clients
- Be involved and responsible for the financial management of client accounts
- Share and collaborate effectively with the Territory Engagement Teams in Japan and VVN Teams
- Be actively involved in scope expansion and initiate resource requirements well ahead of time
- Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas
- Revamps of processes and working procedures to maximise operational efficiency while ensuring high quality services and support to clients.
- Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
- Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.
- Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.
- Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
- Able to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality relationships.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree holder and possess a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a global mobility environment delivering compliance services to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in team management and responsible for quality control within the team
- Capability to guide and support team members with technical stands and queries
- Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and have full control on deliverables to completion
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment
- Dedicated and driven to excel professionally
- Good written and spoken English skill
- Experience in signing off Japan tax returns or possess Japanese language would be a plus
