Operation and Accounts Assistant

**Job Descriptions**
To perform administrative duties such as:
i. Receiving documents and updating invoices
ii. Sorting and preparation of documents
iii. Scanning, compiling, and photocopying documents
iv. Data Entry and posting for accounting entries.
v. Data Verification
vi. Maintenance and upkeeping of files and records
vii. Customer Services at the counter
To receive incoming calls and visitors
To assist in office administration (eg. stationery & refreshments, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, courier, etc)
To support despatch works for delivery and collect office documents assigned
To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned as at when required
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field jobs
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- Possess valid driving license for car/motorbike with clean driving license.
- Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
- Able to speak Chinese will be added advantages
- Good health conditions.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Contract length: 24 months
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,214.00 - RM3,179.00 per month
