**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scan, sort, and organize old documents systematically.
- File physical and digital documents accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all documents are appropriately labeled and categorized for easy retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level**:STPM / A-Level** or Diploma.
- Fresh graduates and part-time students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in an environment where some documents or areas may be dusty.
- Not allergic to dust.

**Preferred Traits**:

- Fast learner with a good work ethic.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist with various administrative duties.

**Work Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours can be discussed for part-time students.
- The role involves handling physical documents, which may occasionally expose the individual to dust.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM8.00 - RM9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
