**What you’ll be doing**:

- Contribute to the creation and optimization of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Collaborate with team members in creating employer branding collateral such as job posting posters for career fair/social media postings.

**What you’ll need to be successful in the role**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Proficiency in using Canva or any other design software is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen interest in learning about recruitment practices and human resources.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment, providing exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition and HR processes.
