**Recruitment Support Intern**

**We are looking for a Recruitment Support Intern to join our AirAsia SEA team. Working with us, there’s no micro management, no hiding behind fancy job titles. **What Will I be Doing Each Day?**
- ** Work closely with Recruiters to schedule interviews which may include rescheduling if required.**
- ** Work proactively to update the recruitment team once screening results are received with the report.**
- ** Support the offer issuance for bulk/mass hiring.**
- ** Strive for efficiency by mandating the process to be completed within the agreed SLA’s.**

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- ** A diploma/degree in any field.**
- ** A passionate and empathetic individual with a proven track record of leading a team.**
- ** A critical thinker who is able to provide alternate solutions to both internal & external parties in a case to case basis.**
- ** An eye for detail.**
