Reporting to **:Assurance Executive**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Design**:

- Create and edit videos for various internal communication initiatives, ensuring high-quality output.
- Develop creative designs for posters, infographics, and presentations to support internal initiatives and announcements.

**Internal Communication Support**:

- Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content aligned with organizational goals.

**Project Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns, events, and activities related to Governance, Assurance, and Planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely delivery of communication deliverables.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing internal communication channels and maintaining a repository of communication materials.
- Organize and coordinate meetings or workshops related to communication and branding initiatives.

**Competencies & Core Skill Sets**
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of branding principles and corporate communication best practices is a plus.
