1. Ensure service level of stock meets the expectation set. 2. Manage and control stock level in the store. 3. Maintain high standards of stock presentation and display at selling floor. 4. Monitor and ensure signage and pricing are up-to-date. 5. Assisting in conducting and coordinating stock take activities. 6. Assisting in implementing MYDIN policies and procedures. 7. Manage returns to supplier's e.g. dented / expired / discontinued / obsolete articles / defective products. 8. Maintain and ensure shrinkage at a minimum level. 9. Responsible in achieving sales targets for the departments. 10. Operate and maintain machinery / equipment / computer. 11. Demonstrate professionalism towards outside contacts '“ customers and etc. 12. Take care that deliveries by suppliers are on time and the quantity delivered is the amount, which is ordered. 13. Ensure that goods received are sent into the selling floor 14. Ensure that continual replenishment is made for all articles on the floor and that staff are given the tasks filling up the shelves. 15. Manage staff, counsel, train and discipline them, ensuring high productivity together with Human Resource personnel. 16. Ensure A-Item Goods selling at floor. 17. Monitor and ensure expired date goods at floor. 18. As and when carry out any other duties assigned by management.
TRI SHAAS SDN BHD is a MYDIN franchise's outlets that operate as MYDIN MART. It involves in retailingbusiness which offers products range from food line, household, soft lines and hard lines items. Hard line product include hardware, electrical, stationery, porcelain and toys. Soft line product include apparel and home furnishing item Tri Shaas have 3 branches that is Mydin Mart Shah Alam (Seksyen 18), Mydin Mart Sri Muda ( Seksyen 25) and Mydin Mart Padang Jawa (Seksyen 16).
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
