**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strengthen order management process from order receipt to order execution
- Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of customer service department with Manufacturing, Logistic and Sales team for servicing customers.
- Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
- Managing OP & Logistic team to ensure that customer centric service
- Negotiation with external vendors and cost reduction initiatives
- Implementation of systems for smooth functioning of CSD
- Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
- Building relationship with new & existing customers
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR**
- OTIF (Delivery) - On Time in Full & Failure Analysis
- Cost Reduction program - Logistic & Outsourcing Channel partner
- Lead time (in hours) for Order Entry Process
- Conducting & analyzing CSAT Score
- Complaint closure time
**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 5 - 6 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, educate and coordinate a team
- Team-oriented, cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Preferably experience in operating process establishment and standardization and system implementation.
- Able to travel when required and preferably possess own transportation is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
