Understand Company’s branding and corporate guideline to maintain good reputation of the brand towards customers.
- To answer and assist all type of customer’s inquiry from all the communication platform such as:
- Whatsapp
- Direct Message on Social Media
- Phone Call
- Telegram
- To fully handle Jovian RTW Inquires following the guideline and procedure that has been governed by the Management.
- To ensure that all customers are entertained and being delivered with a maximum assistance.
- To keep records for all the payment that has been made through Daily Sales Report and Customer Feedback Report.
- To report to Finance department for all on-going payment and refunds with a proper documentation as per required.
- To communicate with Retail department on any kind of Customer’s feedback (complaints, suggestion, recommendation, etc).
- To utilize the phone with a caution and use it for work-correspondence only.
- To report to Manager on duty on stock availability, custom duties, Pre-Orders, delivery progress and other work-in-progress on daily basis to ensure maximum productivity in any work liaison to Management, Retail and Warehouse department.
- To monitor and update Jovianista Database, Jovianista Cash Voucher, Newsletter while ensuring the importance of keeping the information private and confidential.
- To provide point of contact for other enquiries.
- To prepare for customer enquiries by studying products, services and customer services process.
- To respond to customer enquiries by understanding enquiry; studying, reviewing and researching previous enquiry and responses
- To record customer enquiries by documenting all enquiry and responses for each customer.
- To provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirement, working to exceed these wherever possible.
- To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members.
- To recognize the importance and benefits of effective team working.
- To deliver customer service in line with ‘best practice’.
- To ensure compliance to relevant company policies.
- To maintain good level of personal presentation.
- To maintain proper filing and update all necessary records on customer purchases/ enquiry/return and etc.
- To assist on handling Pre-Order purchase method for the collection that is entitled to this mechanism, following the guideline and procedure that has been governed by the Management.
- To assist on keeping all records of all customer who purchase Pre-Order items from Jovian RTW Online or Flagship stores, as well as any other online shops that carry the same purchase method.
- To ensure that all items are well-labeled and arrived safely on the customer’s door step.
- To entertain all inquiries regarding Pre-Order and attend to customer’s complaints shall there be any inconvenience upon customer’s purchase.
- To cooperate with Retail and Warehouse department on the stock allocation and its safekeeping.
- To keep every kind of records well-documented at all times.
- To be able to identify negative commentary and react/respond in an appropriate way to mitigate any issues.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
