**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Record details of customer interactions and transactions, including actions taken, using internal systems.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Strive to meet or exceed service performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
