- To implement and update all Finance Accounting Policies and Procedures in line with the administration and operation needs of the hotel.
- Shall be responsible for establishing hotel budget forecast (investment budget and operating budgets) and shall keep a record of monthly budgetary discrepancies.
- Shall supervise revenue entries, especially those from the General Cashier’s office.
- In direct to supervise the Purchasing as well as to be responsible for the payment of invoices.
- To effectively liaison with bankers, revenue authorities, commerce department and external auditors.
- Responsible to comply with statutory tax regulations.
- To organize cash forecasting and fund management
- Special care and control of cash flow by keeping the Account Receivable (City Ledger) as low as possible as well as a minimum operating stock.
- To ensure for timely and accurate monthly closing of books and preparation of all required reports for hotel management and owners.
- To coordinate and in charge of preparing owner’s accounting book, liaise with external auditor, tax agent, bankers and government bodies for statutory compliance to Malaysia Act.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
