Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management **Company as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking a passionate **Junior Accounts Executive** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their Finance team to handle the accounting duties for the company.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Provide administrative and accounting support to accounts team
- Liaison with banks on all financial matters
- Ensure proper accounting documentation
- Coordinate and assist accounts team on daily administrative and accounting activities
- To follow up on all payments, progress claims, invoicing with project team, customers, and vendors
- Maintain all accounting transactions, activities and data entries system updates
- Maintain and update monthly Financial Report, Cash Flow and Project Floats
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience is required
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Attention to detail
