Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive / Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations. This role involves handling account entries, invoice processing, utilities, staff claims, and bank reconciliations for multiple entities under the group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable and ensure payments are received within credit terms
- Verify and key in purchase invoices, sundry purchases, and staff claims
- Process and update utility bills, rental entries, and payment vouchers
- Request and reconcile supplier statements with internal accounting records
- Perform bank reconciliation for multiple group companies
- Maintain and update sales collection reports for retail branches
- Ensure accuracy of journal vouchers and general ledger entries
- Assist with audit documentation and other ad hoc accounting tasks

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong internship background also considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and time management
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
