- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Support HR in organizing staff functions, recruitment activities, and on-boarding processes.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
