**Responsibilities**:

We are continuously scouting for the right talents as future executives at SME Bank. This role will be a 12-months preparatory programme (soft-skills and on-the-job-training) for SME Banking industry.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder or its equivalent in relevant disciplines (e.g. finance, accounting, business management, economy, Islamic finance).
- Graduates with not more than 2 years of working experience.
- Age below 30 years old.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment.
- Able to grasp in-depth knowledge of banking products and market.
- Excellent verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience in extra-curricular activities.
