**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist project manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project updates, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and risk logs.
- Support in organizing team meetings, reviews, and presentations.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support project decisions.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to better project efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business/Marketing degree or a related field
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of project management and the ability to contribute to various projects
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
