- 确保建立反映当地市场需求和公司标准的标准商店运营模式。
- 为新店布局的店铺规划提供意见,并合作组织新店开业的零售业务。
- 带领商店主管与房东建立牢固的关系,以尽量减少运营问题。
- 预测商店运营中的潜在风险并相应地提醒组织。
- 寻找提高商店运营成本效率的方法,同时保持所需的客户服务和品牌形象标准。
- 管理业务运营、会计和预算的所有财务方面,包括: - 销售目标;跟踪销售与既定标准
- 使用报告工具(每日、每周、每月报告)
- 分析报告数据。

客户关系和经验
- 与您所在市场的顶级客户建立并维护基于价值的关系。
- 监控CRM KPI 并确定适当的后续行动。
- 解释神秘顾客和 NPS 结果以及 CRM 数据,以提出/决定持续的战略和行动,以改善客户体验。
- 处理主要客户问题(必要时与主管一起)
- 提议/激励活动以持续改进客户服务。
- 分析和使用 CRM 数据与商店经理一起制定业务计划和关系活动。
- 收集特定的CRM 培训需求并确定相关行动以改善客户体验。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
