**Responsibility**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource Management Function including Recruitment & Employee Records, Training & Development and Performance Management.
- On-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Training - analysis and implementation.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management including industrial relations.
**Skill**:
- Knowledge of industrial relations laws in Malaysia
- Strong execution and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent screening and placement skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
**Requirement**:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management/hospitality/legal/finance/business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an HR leadership role within a structured corporate environment
- Knowledge in HR policies and procedures
- Computer literate
- Good command of both spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess a good work ethic with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a high performing team
