**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:

- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the assigned territories or market segments.

**Reporting & Budgeting**:

- Develop and present periodic sales and performance reports to management.
- Assist in setting the department's budget and manage expenses within the approved limits.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPI), address gaps, and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and distributors.
- Offer tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Market Insights**:

- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Develop processes to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Analyse sales performance, generate accurate forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify challenges and opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement in sales operations.
- Key Account Strategy:

- Identify, engage, and set revenue targets for key accounts, collaborating with local distributors to explore new opportunities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related disciplines can be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven in sales management experience in medical device field
- Possession of a valid driving license (to facilitate travel for sales).
