**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Strategy Support**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

**2. Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the development and execution of promotional activities, including advertising, sponsorships, and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials.

**3. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

**4. Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and enhance brand reputation through effective communication strategies.

**5. Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.

**6. Budget and Resource Management**:

- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Negotiate contracts and liaise with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.

**7. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance to the Marketing Manager and stakeholders.

**8. Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of events and gather feedback for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management or similar roles.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
