**Reports To**: Art Director
**Location**: 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya _(4 days in office, 1 day work from home)_

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To demonstrate a high level of creativity, to adapt to trends and conceptualize original ideas
- To be self-motivated in learning new techniques and technologies, researching creative trends to develop innovative concepts
- To develop and execute exciting digital ideas
- To work under pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- To be proactive in approaching your projects
- To brainstorm new ideas, concepts and designs
- To ensure a consistent look and feel, using appropriate colours and layouts that are compliant with brand templates and guidelines
- To collaborate with other creative staff, to share learnings and experiences
- To inspire, inform and captivate the target audience with your creative flair

**KEY RESULTS**:

- Producing quality work that adheres to the brief
- Timely delivery of jobs
- Efficient and effective management of tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a design role, with a strong and diverse portfolio
- **Language**: Good communication in English (any Mandarin speaker will be added as advantage).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with AI-powered or advanced design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and design principles
- Ability to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
