**Responsibilities**:

- To build meaningful relationships with potential Customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer and their family
- To enhance customers’ experience by inviting potential customers to visit centre and lead a pleasant tour
- To provide care, informative messages and proactive follow up service to successful customers
- To prepare necessary documentation, such as Customers details, follow up status and payment update
- To be actively involved in the search for business opportunity and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve profitability of the Companies
- To meet and exceed Company’s sales goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets

**Requirements**:

- Those with additional skill in specialist area e.g. Sales / Social Media Marketing / Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Preferably Sales & Customer Service working experiences in Hotel / Hospital / Nursing Home / Resort / Retail or equivalent.
- Be initiative and has strong integrity, good interpersonal skill and result-driven personality
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
- Preferred language English & Chinese
- Full time position is available
- Must be willing to work in Balakong area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
