**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITES**

a) Stock Delivery: Transport and deliver stocks to various pharmacy outlets on schedule.

b) Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading goods onto and from the lorry, ensuring itemsare handled with care.

c) Route Planning: Plan the most efficient delivery routes and maintain timely deliveries.

d) Inventory Verification: Verify stock quantities and types against delivery notes before departure and after delivery.

e) Documentation: Complete and manage all delivery-related documentation, such as delivery notes, invoices, and receipts.

f) Adherence to Safety Regulations: Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.

g) Inventory Works: Assist in organizing and managing the stock in the warehouse, including monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.

h) Receiving Shipments: Assist in receiving incoming shipments, checking for damages, and verifying quantities against purchase orders.

i) Storage Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe storage area, including organizing goods by categories and ensuring easy access.

j) Equipment Maintenance: Performing general maintenance works to warehouse and all pharmacy stores.

k) General Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse area.

In addition to the above, please be reminded that you may be required to carry out any duties/responsibilities as required by the Company, which will be assigned by the Company or your superior from time to time, either verbally or in writing, as it deemed fit.

**WORKPLACE**

You will be based at Farmasi Al Qanaah, Taman Scientex, Pasir Gudang, Johor.

**WORKING HOURS**

Your will have to work for a total of 45 hours per week as follow.

a) Working day: Monday to Saturday

b) Working time: 9.00 am to 5.30am (with unpaid one hour break in between)

c) Off day: Sunday

**Having GDL License is a plus point**

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
