The Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) program is a work placement program targeting fresh graduates of any discipline or field of study. The program provides 1-year on-the-job opportunities in the company. It is open to fresh graduates who seek practical skills, working experience, and exposure in the areas of Construction of the Signalling, Communication and Electrification of the Railway Designing, Engineering and Systems.

Available Positions:

- Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inspection, maintenance and repair of the HV equipment’s
- Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans
- Travel to SSU, TPSS and PS locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required
- Participate in electric, mechanical and software component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status, and constructive feedback to supervisor as requested.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and associated periodic meetings.
- Support and oversee component manufacturing and all involved processes from raw material and parts procurement to onsite delivery.
- Responds to emergency call outs.
- Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities performed at project sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims

Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.

Fulfill any requirements and meet goals set out at the program's start.

Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes.

**Requirements**:
A minimum requirement CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).

Graduated from Local, International, and Foreign Institutions of Higher Learning as recognized by the Government of Malaysia.

Committed and keen for new knowledge and experience.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong desire for problem-solving and challenges.

Great discipline and possessing high integrity.

Work Location: Johor, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
