As a fast-growing **hospitality and nightlife brand**, we are looking for a **passionate and experienced Bar Manager** to lead our team and play a key role in this exciting new venture.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Bar Operations & Management**
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Develop SOPs to ensure a high-quality and consistent guest experience.
- **Leadership & Team Development**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled bartenders and service staff.
- Foster a positive and high-energy work culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.

**Guest Experience & Beverage Innovation**
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** and ensure all guests enjoy a premium experience.
- Work with bartenders to create an innovative and exciting cocktail menu.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.

**Sales & Financial Performance**
- Monitor bar revenue, costs, and profitability, implementing strategies for growth.
- Work closely with marketing to drive promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify and capitalize on trends in the KL nightlife and bar scene.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Proven experience** as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar or nightclub.
**Strong knowledge** of cocktails, spirits, and mixology trends.
**Leadership skills** - ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
**Business acumen** - understanding of inventory control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
**Passion for nightlife** and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to **thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.**
