**What will you be engaged in?**
As our new **Business Strategy Assistant Manager, **your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- **Direction and Planning**:Work closely with the Head of Product Strategy in gathering and analysing data on user behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity.
- ** Project Management**: Manage and execute project-based tasks related to business strategy and optimization. This may include creation of detailed growth plans, including target audience identification, channel selection, and KPI development
- ** Collaboration is Key**: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Operations, Product) to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- ** Storytelling with Data**: Effectively communicate complex data analysis and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Build strategies and playbooks**: Leverage data analysis to develop winning strategies and playbooks for user acquisition, engagement, and retention on both the supply and demand sides of the marketplace.
- ** Growth**: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities or untapped user segments and stay updated on industry trends and competitor developments, providing insights and recommendations to the team.

- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical background
- Must have SQL experience e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Superset preferred
- Demonstrated experience of Python or R coupled with basic machine learning methodologies and algorithms experience
- Working knowledge of dashboarding software or service, e.g. Superset, Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI and Google Data Studio
- Must have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and be able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines
- Plus if prior experience in the product development process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can align business objectives with product priority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights.
- A passion for the sharing economy and a strong understanding of the car rental landscape in Malaysia.
- A results-oriented individual with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
