Business Development Officer

1. Untuk membangunkan dan melaksanakan pelan pemasaran keseluruhan syarikat untuk meningkatkan kesedaran jenama, pertambahan pelanggan dan pertumbuhan pendapatan 2. Pegawai pemasaran perlu membuat analisis hubungan rakan kongsi strategik berpotensi untuk memasarkan serta mempromosikan produk atau perkhidmatan syarikat. 3. Untuk menilai data pesaing, keadaan pasaran dan melaksanakan perubahan pelan pemasaran seperti yang diperlukan. 4. Bertanggungjawab untuk membangun dan menyelenggara strategi pemasaran bagi memenuhi objektif syarikat. 5. Merancang dan menguruskan kempen pemasaran digital melalui pelbagai saluran, termasuk e-mel, media sosial, pengoptimuman enjin carian (SEO), bayar-per-klik (PPC), dan pengiklanan paparan. 6. Memantau dan menganalisis trafik laman web, tingkah laku pengguna, dan kadar konversi untuk mengenal pasti peluang pengoptimuman dan penambahbaikan. 7. Mengurus dan mengoptimumkan jenama syarikat di platform media sosial, memastikan konsistensi jenama dan kandungan yang menarik. 8. Bekerjasama dengan pasukan rentas-fungsian seperti pencipta kandungan, pereka grafik, dan pembangun untuk mencipta dan memberikan kempen pemasaran digital yang berkesan. 9. Memantau dan mengurus reputasi syarikat, memberi respons kepada ulasan dan pertanyaan pelanggan dengan tepat dan profesional. 10. Menyemak tren industri pemasaran digital, teknologi baru, dan amalan terbaik, dan mengaplikasikannya untuk terus memperbaiki usaha pemasaran digital kami.
