1. Provide assistant to QC Leader with the day to day running of QC activities to ensure that the company product complies with company’s standards
2. Responsible to ensure the quality inspection plan are in compliance
3. Checking and control product quality ie Water test, diaper weight check, and dimension to ensure all t product comply with product specification.
4. Monitor and checking the quality of the product by detecting any faulty of raw material and finished product that breech specification.
5. Working closely with machine operator and packing team to inform any defective product.
6. Update daily quality check sheet and inform superior for any detected problem.
7. Practise 5S & Housekeeping and GMP procedure at QC work station at all times.
8. Ensure all Equipment are well-maintained.
9. Follow safety and health regulations at all times, particularly when working with hazardous materials
10. Embed company’s core value, key success factor (speed, focus, innovation) and Operational Goals (Quality, Productivity & Consistency) throughout all business directions and day to day operations.
